1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namaxy you confirm that you can form a binding contract, and you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. What Namaxy Provides

Namaxy is a free utility that transforms text you supply into styled Unicode variants, decorated names and symbols. It is provided for convenience and entertainment.

The service runs in your browser. We may add, change, suspend or remove any feature at any time without notice.

3. Ownership of Your Text and Output

You keep all rights in the text you enter. We claim no ownership over it or over the styled output the site produces from it.

The output is composed of standard Unicode characters, which are not owned by us. You may use the output freely for personal and commercial purposes.

4. You Are Responsible for How You Use the Output

Namaxy is a formatting tool. It does not review, approve or endorse anything you generate, and we have no visibility into it because processing happens entirely on your device.

You are solely responsible for the names, text and symbols you create and for how you use them. In particular, you agree not to use output from this site to:

• Impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone.
• Break the terms of service or name policies of any game, platform or social network.
• Evade a ban, filter, moderation system or other enforcement measure.
• Infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights.
• Break any applicable law or regulation.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or reproduce it as a competing service.

6. Compatibility Is Not Guaranteed

Styled output depends on Unicode support in the font, operating system, browser, game or platform where you paste it. Characters may render differently, be replaced with placeholder boxes, be stripped, or be rejected by a platform's input rules.

Any compatibility indicator shown on the site is a best-effort guide, not a guarantee.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be suitable for any particular use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namaxy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, account access or reputation, arising from your use of the site or the output it produces.

This includes any consequence of using a generated name on a third-party platform, such as suspension, ban or removal of an account.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The site displays third-party advertising and may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Intellectual Property

The Namaxy name, branding, site design, written content and source code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no licence to them beyond ordinary use of the site.

11. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason.

12. Severability and Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
